We are looking for an innovative Marketing Coordinator who is creative, detail oriented, well-organized, able to multi-task, have strong communications skills, advanced online marketing experience and business knowledge.
The candidate will assist the marketing team with various tasks such as:
- Develop and execute marketing plan
- Ensure initiatives align with planned budget
- Development & design of marketing programs
- Perform market research and make strategic recommendations to management
- Assist in customer satisfaction analysis
- Product development
- Development of sales & service programs
Additional responsibilities include overseeing the Internet-based advertising efforts of the company. Such as the company's website, advertisements on other websites, e-mail mailing list blasts, blogs, podcasts, and accounts on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. Familiar with search engine optimization and internet ad word campaigns in order to ensure the company's online market is profitable.
The candidate should possess at a minimum: a bachelors degree in marketing, preferably with coursework in online or Internet marketing. Previous experience in website design is also beneficial.

Business Development Specialist - London Ontario
Online Learning Enterprises Inc. (OLE) is a national company providing online Health & Safety courses. Our products are designed to save lives of people where they live, work and play.
The Business Development Specialist position is responsible to increase OLE market share through direct sales of our products to businesses. This position also requires providing pre and post technical support functions for the OLE product line. The territory will be for all of Canada and you will report to the National Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess a quantifiable record of success in a sales role in the Education and/or Technology industry. The candidate will have experience demonstrating exceptional customer service and be committed to providing an on-going high level of product expertise to ensure customer satisfaction.
The candidate must have in place or be adept at developing business relationships with all levels and must have excellent verbal as well as written communication skills and the ability to articulate our products. Additionally, the candidate must be highly motivated and organized with the ability to work independently, and possess strong analytical/problem solving skills.
