Every OLE course includes the opportunity for the trainee to identify his home province. We then provide him/her with a review of the regulations governing the topic being studied for that province.
We make Health & Safety compliance and administration simple
Our Learning Management System (LMS) provides client administrators with the ability to assign available training courses to other employees and monitor their progress during the training. When the trainee has successfully passed the final test the administrator may then print a wallet card or wall certificate for the employee or his personnel files. The course training records are available for review at any time by employees. This has also been found to be hugely beneficial when clients have been required to prove due diligence by safety authorities or Workers Compensation Boards.
